Ted was kind, knowledgeable, and put me at ease right away. His office space is easy to access, well appointed, and very comfortable. He explained his process to me and answered all of my questions. I was impressed by the effects of my first treatment and intend to go back as soon as my schedule allows!
Ted focused on myofascial release across my entire body. This was my first time having a treatment like this and I walked away understanding the value and importance of this type of massage technique. I will be seeing Ted again for a "tune up". Also, the massage space was beautiful with good yin-yang vibes. I highly recommend Ted!
I did a 90 minute fascia release session with Ted. Be warned this is not a 90 minute massage. Instead, Ted uses trigger points and other techniques to really find muscle release. It was like nothing I’ve ever done before and I left their feeling so open and aligned. I will definitely add this therapy to my arsenal of pain relieving techniques. I would recommend this method for anyone that suffers from chronic pain.
I wasn’t exactly sure what I was getting into and was a little scared as I walk with pain everyday. Ted made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very informative and his technique truly helps the body as a whole. If you are looking for that relaxing spa massage this isn’t it but for me it’s exactly what I need to get my body back on track from the trauma it’s gone through over the years. I am looking forward to more release on my next visit! Thanks Ted!
