As someone who has dealt with chronic shoulder pain from previous sports, going to get treatment with Keegan was a great experience. His knowledge of anatomy and cause and effect of muscle tightness gave him the ability to give some relief to tightness that I had not felt in years. As a varsity basketball coach, I will definitely be referring all my student athletes to the Muscle Mechanic.
As a massage therapist in training, I can say with confidence that Keegan IS the muscle mechanic. Has a great understanding of anatomy and what he is feeling and working on. Great techniques. Professional guy, who knows what he's doing.
Keegan is very intuitive and thorough with his massage. I have a lot of sports injuries and he was able to release my neck and back. The tool he used to release the fascia in my arm released a lot of built up tension. His drapping is very appropriate and professional. He is willing to discuss supplements that will aid in recovery. I will definitely be back.
10/10 Recommend Keegan. He is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time before and after each session to review focus/trouble areas, and areas he discovers during the massage. Great at recommending at home follow-up care. Always sends appointment reminders. Clean, professional space. I have been going to Keegan over a year, and each massage is better than the last!
