As a massage therapist in training, I can say with confidence that Keegan IS the muscle mechanic. Has a great understanding of anatomy and what he is feeling and working on. Great techniques. Professional guy, who knows what he's doing.
Keegan specializes in sports massage and has a solid understanding of the body and its muscle systems. He knows how to target problem areas, break up adhesions, and improve mobility. He can help you get back to running, lifting, or competing with less pain and better movement. Highly recommended for athletes both professional and amateur.
10/10 Recommend Keegan. He is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time before and after each session to review focus/trouble areas, and areas he discovers during the massage. Great at recommending at home follow-up care. Always sends appointment reminders. Clean, professional space. I have been going to Keegan over a year, and each massage is better than the last!
Keegan is very intuitive and thorough with his massage. I have a lot of sports injuries and he was able to release my neck and back. The tool he used to release the fascia in my arm released a lot of built up tension. His drapping is very appropriate and professional. He is willing to discuss supplements that will aid in recovery. I will definitely be back.
Keegan is terrific at Massage but be warned. He practices age discrimination and body type discrimination. I had been seeing him for about five or six months, but he has informed me that I am no longer a priority. I am 61 years old and he only wishes to work with athletes under the age of 60. I am a lifelong exerciser, athlete and recently retired, physical education teacher, but I refuse to bring a resume.
