It's difficult for me to write this review because my absolute favorite part about this location is that it's a small, hidden gem that nobody else seems to know about tucked away just off of Ridgewood. I usually have the entire building to myself late at night for at least an hour or more. There is a myriad of great equipment including a Rogue bench with a competition Fat Pad, multiple squat racks, SquatMax Pro, reverse hyper machine, among many other well-maintained, quality pieces. The Muscle Clinic is the best gym I have ever joined and worked out at! Their prices are very fair and the trainers are very helpful and never pushy to hire them if you want their help!
I've been training at The Muscle Clinic for a few months now and honestly, it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. Trainer Review - Jacob is incredibly professional in his approach to assessing my fitness goals. He took his time to answer my questions about different workout programs, styles and benefits as well as feedback on nutrition and progress. Highly recommend anyone to him that wants to get dialed in on their health and fitness.
Great place!! Clean, quiet, great equipment, and excellent staff! Chase is a great trainer! Just hard enough on us to help us get better without making us want to quit :)
