If there were no stars, this. I was drug out for a few weeks while I assisted them in receiving my medical records and then when I arrived, upon providing my PPO insurance, where I was told that I could attend any in and out of network provider, they do not bill insurance companies for clinic appointments. Then, I was told there was going to be a $200 fee for the signature on the document when I had no idea what they were talking about.
