Katie was an extremely kind and professional realtor to work with. Katie is the best! She handled all of the details of our sale, including staging! She advised us on how to price our home, and we received an offer in the first weekend, which I know is rare in this new market. The day before closing (Sunday), I was patching and painting nail holes in the bedroom. For some reason, the paint I had did not match the wall.
