Made a appointment on their website and then after driving there the lady told me she can't cut my hair until next week. Why do they even let you make appointments online then

Great atmosphere, good conversation and a cute dog! Not to mention a fantastic haircut. Definitely recommend The Mug & Brush. Very clean space, friendly staff, and relaxed setting. They take great pride in their work and make sure you leave pleased with your haircut.
Nicole was very thorough, understood what I wanted even though I communicated it poorly, and I'd definitely recommend going.
