It's decades now that Mufflerman Stratford has been my go-to for brake, tire and exhaust maintainance on my cars. Whether OEM or innovative finorklin' their work is reasonably priced and executed with care. Today it was a swift turnaround to keep this 27 year old Subaru SVX purring like a gentleman. The Mufflerman used to be my go-to place for brakes and other vehicle needs, but my experience last week left me speechless. I’m certain we won’t be returning. We were charged $274 for a safety test and given a long list of recommended repairs—including wiper blades, rubber around the trunk, and even a scratch on the windshield, which they insisted required a full replacement. Andy,Casey and crew were very accommodating for my repair in a timely manner. Met all my expectations for service and repair answered all my questions
I made an appointment to drop my car off to get an oil change, replace a head light and to see if it was in good shape for the fall as my job requires a lot of driving. The inspection showed that was a millimetre from a catastrophic brake failure.... and what's worse was I didn't even notice any issues. I'm Safe , Thanks to The Stratford Muffler Man!
