I walked in today after an already terrible day. I’d gotten an oil change elsewhere (my first mistake), and they told me my tire was so unsafe it might pop on the way home. Every shop I called was backed up with winter tire changeovers. I was close to this mufflerman, and thought I’d check to see if they had a minute to assist me. I went in yesterday afternoon with no appointment and a splash guard that was hanging on by a thread, looking for a temporary fix until I can get to the dealer. Lee was very kind and accommodating, letting me know he could take a look in about an hour and would do what he could to reattach it. It was done within a couple of hours, and Lee even extended a small courtesy that truly exemplified his exceptional customer service. Thanks for getting me out of a bind and saving the day!
