’ve had positive experiences with Buford Muffler Shop in the past, particularly eight years ago when they did excellent exhaust work on my Toyota Corolla, featured on one of my YouTube channels. The staff is always friendly, which I appreciate. However, my recent visit with my Chevy Silverado 1500 was disappointing. Can't find anything bad to say about this place. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable. Went in to get a AWE system put on my Tacoma and they walked me through each step and showed me after it was done and asked if I was happy with the work. They told me it would take about an hour and a half and it only took an hour. Plus it was cheaper than they quoted me. If I need any other work done I will definitely be returning to this shop.
This place is spot on. Their delivery in customer satisfaction and mechanical know how is a good experience. Thanks all! Much appreciated!
