Hack mechanic!!! im a jeep auto technician when my wife’s bearing went out on the weekend I brought it in to the shop since I don’t have the tools necessary at home to do the job myself. Big mistake LUIS HERNANDEZ the so called mechanic worked on the car and not only did he not use the proper equipment to press in a front wheel bearing but installed it backwards causing the the anti lock brake system light to come on disabling a safety braking feature that is essential to the vehicle. I needed an expansion joint on my exhaust replaced and was reading reviews to find out a shop that was both local and had good reviews. I found "The Muff Shop" on Google maps and called them and we had to sync up our calendars but we got the car in on a Saturday. Jesus and his brother are great people, really personable and was upfront with the quote and the costs. They explained everything and some different scenarios that may incur more labor. Great first impression! Excellent customer service support. Jesse didn't mind explaining details even though he was in the middle of relocating their shop and Arvins humble attitude was refreshing to a first time customer.
Good service good people
Took my car for a exhaust adjustment, told me could not be done, gave a excuse that the exhaust was wrong, that they had to cut etc,, took it to my mechanic, took him 10 minutes to adjust it, bad service
