Great facility. The staff were friendly and did their best to make me comfortable. At least, as comfortable as you can get inside the bore of a superconduxting electromagnet.

Services provided very good! Still waiting after 90days for a refund of overpayment. No urgency to resolve in a timely manner. Very poor billing/insurance.

I am nervous of the cervical MRIs and the staff was very comforting. The very most useful comfort I found was that the tech (whose name I’m sorry that I can’t remember) kept me updated and aware of what he was doing. It helped me to know that the films were good so no repeats, lol. And that I only had a few more segments of time left. It really was the easiest one I’ve had.
