Went into The Mower Supastore over the past weekend. Wayne came to assist me straight away and pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for. He was very friendly, and I ended up purchasing what I was after. Overall, my experience here was great and I will be heading back in next time I need something for Hubby.
This place is great, so many mowers in stock. Picked up our new Honda here, Wayne was great! He was very knowledgeable and attentive. If you need a new mower or even a service, this is the place to come.
Wayne was awesome, told him what requirements I had of the mower and in just a few minutes, showed me a few that suited my needs and explained each. After my choice was made, they ensured it had oil and fuel, started it up to check it and I was done. Great experience with Wayne, knew his stuff and very helpful.
After being directed to the mower supastore by the Victa sales rep in SEQ due to my faulty lawnmower. The place I had bought it from provided to be useless. The mower supastore persisted with my repair for 9 months. Not only did they get it repaired under warranty, they gave me a replacement battery for the Lawnmower. OUTSTANDING SERVICE and thank you.
