The service at this place is extremely poor. No one came to ask if I needed anything, even though there were more than eight employees standing around doing nothing. Not a single one was willing to help me find what I was looking for.
A 'shout out' to Jamie Murphy for his help with my purchase. I had ordered and paid for a cheaper brand of garden 'multi tool' power head with yard / gardening accessories. I got it home and it was clearly not of the standard I had hoped for. I sent an email asking if I could return it and swap it over for the more expensive Stihl Kombi multi tool power head and accessories. Worst service ever. Took my whipper snipper in 3 weeks ago as it was cutting out. They “fixed” it without telling me how much it was going to cost and I bought it home after paying my $177. Same issue. So I take it back. Apparently I’m just a woman that doesn’t know how to use a whipper snipper. So condescending. I started it in the middle of the shop to show them it still has the same issues and was pretty much told to go away. I said can the mechanic take another look at it? No. I will never set foot in that store again
Finally had to to write this up as Google keeps asking for feedback. I usually deal with the Sunshine coast boys but was in Albany creek for a job and had a breakdown on a Toro. We pulled off the part and tried to get the parts out of these guys and they didn't have the parts in stock. I saw the part i needed on one of their machines in showroom but they said they cant give us the part. I asked when the parts was due as it seems they are dealers. 5 weeks WAIT!!!!! for a $7 part. Took my Kubota mower and Stihl brushcutter in for a service recently, tried to use them today. Brushcutter head replaced without my consent to a different type than was on it originally, now it does not cut as well or as low. Checked mower blades, not replaced as I asked and worse yet the ones they put on in the previous service were not original parts but ones form an unknown brand - missing the locking pin and spacers of the OEM gear and overtightened!
