I brought my line trimmer in for a service as it was really hard to start. I paid $200 for a service, which included line. It was hard to start the first time I used it but I eventually got it going. I just tried to start it up again, the second time after the service, and it will not start. Waste of my time and cash I should have just bought a new one.
Top notch company and service. I went into see them as I had just moved up to Waikanae and needed a viable and safe option for 1/2 Acre semi hilled section, John came around to our property that afternoon to scope and quote. He advised a ride-on mower wouldn’t be a safe option due to certain incline %’s Looking forward to having our new Husqvarna auto mower arriving and their team installing it. Great service, great pricing!!
These guys are pleasant enough but don't pass on messages or return calls. They need a receptionist..that simple. On one service check they put the wrong size belt on my Husqvarna ride on which disintegrated on first use. Another service on a normal mower it took them 15 minutes to find it. Just disorganized..disappointing.
Called several times received message saying to email. Emailed several time's no response. All in all, it was very disappointing with poor customer service.
