Friendly personalised service. Just needed a small part for my brush cutter and was give it free of charge. That doesn’t happen often.
Friendly staff happy to give advice. I arrived late on a Saturday but they still made me up some chains for my chainsaw and sharpened my old one with no fuss. Highly recommend.
Purchased a husqvarna blower less than a year ago. Worked fine for about 8 months, when suddenly stopped working and refused to start. Took back to the store and advised that it has piston score and is my fault for putting wrong fuel in. Total BS. I’ve been mixing 2 stoke fuel for 30 years and have been running two other 2 stroke garden tools with out issue from the same tank of premixed fuel at the correct ratio. Even bought there overpriced branded oil (which ironically extends the warranty from 2 to 5 years) Basically ref... read more
