Been hear a couple of times. Product knowledge of the sales staff is terrible. I knew more about the features of the whipper snipper than the sales guy. Went there about 18months ago to buy a battery mower and they knew almost nothing about the products aswell and just read out of the brochure regarding features. Don't expect to come here again get any expert insight.

Howdy folks, just a well deserved shout out to the team at The Mower mega Store at west Gosford. Small business is a minefield,especially when equipment is required. I went into several places locally to try and get the best equipment i can offer my clients for the budget i had. Would never recommend husqvarna to anyone or the mower mega store, they do not honour warranty Bought a mower, leaf blower, whipper snipper and edger attachment about a year and a half ago and had nothing but problems with all of them. After having issues with them they said I had scoring on my piston and said that they can’t warrant the engine anymore even though it’s practically new and only been using there 2 stroke oil and serviced yearly like they said.
