Howdy folks, just a well deserved shout out to the team at The Mower mega Store at west Gosford. Small business is a minefield,especially when equipment is required. I went into several places locally to try and get the best equipment i can offer my clients for the budget i had. I’ve spent over $50,000 here on professional Husqvarna gear — ride-on mower, brush cutter, blower, and more. Still, The Mower Mega Store wouldn’t take $2 off a filter. I’ve returned multiple times with the same warranty issues. Repairs don’t get fixed properly — whether from lack of expertise, care, or interest. Follow-up is non-existent. Servicing is overpriced and spare parts (which cost up to 3x more than aftermarket) regularly take 3–6 months to arrive. Thank you to Ryan and his team for his experience provided in selecting 2 blowers, 1 for inside and 1 for outside. the battery blower have a factory fault, I returned it under warranty and Ryan and his team had it fixed in no time, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. I shall definitely shop there again especially for Husky equipment.
I went to a large retailer for a chainsaw blade. They gave me the wrong one, I even brought the old chain in. Went to the mower mega store, very friendly and professional. They measured the chain and got the the specs. In and out in 5 min, very happy.
