It's no surprise that the doors have closed for good on this place. The most rotten customer service you can imagine. Damien and his team sold me a lemon and continually refused to fix it. Let's hope someone decent can take over and open a shop with some quality customer service.
Have incredible helpful over last few weeks
New employees and the Boss are incompetent with the computer system and unprofessional. Never delivered the product and kept the deposit. After leaving a deposit for a new lawnmower, I was repeatedly told it was delayed and 18 months later, when I asked for a refund, I was told they were in stock and could come in and buy one. However, I had moved, and they refused to refund my deposit. They do not know how to use a phone. Hi guys I have bought of you in the last three months I was so disappointed in the service there today it was terrible it’s just like the people that owned it before rude and disgusting I won’t be coming back I will give my business up the road far nicer people to deal with and know more about there products and want to help .
