First they are hard to get ahold of it takes a week if they respond at all And i was hung up on after saying the quote was too expensive Rude & No custmer service skills
Scheduled two months in advance. Confirmed with The Moving Company a couple of days prior. Moving day rolls around, and no one shows up. I get no phone call from them or anything. I tried calling them after a couple hours, and no one answered the phone. I try visiting their office, and the door was locked. This is around 11:30 when they're supposed to be open. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Moving has deadlines, people have to take off work to move, etc. It's time sensitive, and this company isn't reliable.

We sold our home and moved to another home here in Springfield and we used the moving company. They did a excellent job they were on time I would recommend them over anybody.
Ronnie and Chandler were amazing! Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Everything was moved and set up exactly where we needed it
