Advanced Moving LLC was awesome to work with. I needed a treadmill moved upstairs. They were very prompt In responding to emails. Very accommodating to my schedule. The men that showed up were fantastic. Highly recommend.
Two young men, Latham and Jacob, showed up with great attitudes and ready to work when I needed household furnishings moved from a storage building to an apartment. Since this is a temporary situation, I needed some of the furnishings moved to a smaller storage building. Latham and Jacob were friendly and professional, taking great care to ensure that every item went to the correct place. I was very pleased with this company and will be sure to recommend it. My response to Chris Santas- Owner- Your team worked from bottom to top and took items that were clearly designated for the dumpster. You know exactly where the mistake happened. Professional movers have verified that your crew failed by using this technique and by not following the designated inventory sheet. Shame on you for trying to justify the error instead of taking responsibility.
