My response to Chris Santas- Owner- Your team worked from bottom to top and took items that were clearly designated for the dumpster. You know exactly where the mistake happened. Professional movers have verified that your crew failed by using this technique and by not following the designated inventory sheet. Shame on you for trying to justify the error instead of taking responsibility.
