My daughter has had a great experience learning and training at The Movement Underground. Coach Grace is amazing and gives her great one-on-one guidance and attention. She really cares about helping her improve, and what she teaches goes beyond just the gym. Everyone at TMU is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, spacious, and a great place to train. We’ve been very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend TMU.

Movement Underground has been amazing helping my son recover from his back fracture. The one-on-one attention and personalized therapy have made such a difference. They truly care about their athletes and tailor every session to his needs. We couldn’t be happier with his progress and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch sports rehab!
The movement underground is the most legit place i went to I’ve been dealing with chronic patellar tendinitis for four years and endless PT didn’t do anything but after 1-2 months here pain was gone I’m able to move around pain free like I haven’t in a few years. The staff is awesome grace, Jordan, Anthony, Chris, Matt or anyone else you’re getting the best support you could ask for. Highly recommended can’t thank them enough
