The Movement Underground is an absolutely stellar facility. Being there reminds me of my time at the UFC Performance Institute, due to it's state of the art weight lifting area, recovery area (red-light sauna and cold plunge), and most importantly the incredible staff. I had a great experience with Dr. Nicholas Giliberti. He treated me with great care and professionalism, making sure everything was on time—I never had to wait in line. I am writing to share my feedback on my experience working out at the Movement Underground. When I first started at the Movement Underground in December, I was not feeling well physically on a daily basis.
