I came here and saw Dr. Feliz for an ankle injury and I was having difficulty with volleyball. I was having pain when running and jumping. When I was at MTI I learned specific exercises to strengthen around the areas of my injury. These exercises helped me get stronger and improve my game and prevent injury. I also learned how to take proper care of my body when I get tight and over use it. Overall my experience was great and Dr. Feliz would explain things to me, took her time, was patient with me, and helped me understand.
I came to Dr. Ara with a tore up knee. Playing hockey and golf was not possible until she got me back on track. Dr. Ara not only got me back playing but made me stronger then before. She also gave me the tools to maintain on my own. I have sent her many referrals and will continue to do so.
I had two herniated disc and had an extremely hard time bending over, moving, and enjoying everyday life. But through my time at the Movement Therapy Institute, I was able not only improve my condition but be better than I was before. I was provided with exercises and advice that has brought me to the best shape of my life. I highly recommend anyone with physical injuries to try the Therapy Institute out to get back to a better way of life.
