It is refreshing to go somewhere and the people treating you really do care about the results! TMS is awesome and do diagnosis recovery and prevention all at the same place
Just come and try the gym for yourself and you will see why it is 5 stars, super supportive with people that have disabilities and and very helpful with finding ways to help them do exercise. (6 stars if I could)
Luke at TMS is the best! I’ve been training here consistently for 3 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s helped me get season ready as well as manage injuries and spontaneous cross training challenges in the off season! Highly recommend!
I have been attending TMS multiple times a week for just over 3.5 years now. The team have always been incredibly encouraging and professional with my development as an athlete. Not only was I thoroughly supported through my recent injury rehabilitation, but I have had the absolute privilege to work with many of the practitioners at TMS to achieve a variety of goals. Their expertise and dedication is phenomenal and does not go unnoticed. Definitely an 11/10!! I would highly recommend!
