I can’t say enough great things about The Movement Room. I started working with Ryan, the owner and trainer, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and overall movement. He’s super knowledgeable, and he has this great way of explaining things so you actually understand why you’re doing a certain exercise—not just going through the motions. Ryan and TMR are great. Really sets the session activities to my level of flexibility and strength. I can see improvement already in 2 months and I no longer have pain or stiffness in my day to day activities. I am looking forward to getting stronger and having my mobility improve where it will impact my golf game! The groups are small and Ryan provides personalized support through the exercises. I strongly recommend giving TMR a try if you are looking to improve your flexibility, mobility, and strength.
