Training with Ryan at The Movement Room has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness. A Must for Golfers and Anyone Looking to Move Better I’ve been going since May 2025 and have seen real results. As a health care provider who loves to golf, Ryan’s guidance has been a game changer. We started with more balance and flexibility exercises, followed by serious strengthening. Now I can hit one less club and feel great. 👍 The space is great as well with a lot of variety to continue to challenge me week in and week out.
Been working out weekly in Ryan’s small group training classes. Doing great exercises for overall strength and learning golf specific exercises as well. Classes end with some practice at the simulator and much appreciated swing tips. I started using Trackman at the driving range and see a 15% improvement in distance over the past six weeks. Looking forward to getting stronger and continuing to improve my golf game.
