Christine is wonderful to work with. I've thoroughly enjoyed her work! If you haven't seen her for Structural Integration, I would highly recommend it!! Such a profound experience for ease in breathing, movement and daily activities.

Christine was my first Structural Integration 12-series provider! Over the past 11 or so years, I have received two Rolfing 10-Series from practitioners trained at the Rolf Institute. Christine's approach, blending the Anatomy Trains style with what she was already using and mentored in, was much more detail-oriented than what I experienced from my two Rolfers. After struggling with lower back issues for over a year, I went to see Christine. With only a few sessions my flexibility shifted significantly and a fist-like tightness diminished. Christine's approach is grounded in integrating the whole body. Her focused worked on other muscle groups opened up further space in my back and, as an added bonus, an old knee injury that I'd resigned myself to living with also opened up. This is deep massage work, the kind that stays with the body. Christine is a five-star healer.
