Extremely helpful nice and friendly
I was searching for local gym for some time and I found TMP. I joined for 6 weeks challenge and after seeing how the gym works I decided to stay. After almost 4 months I can say it is best gym I ever joined. Very professional, great atmosphere, supportive no matter your fitness level!!!
Very welcoming place, all the people are just lovely and so knowledgeable. My fitness is up, I've learnt loads about how to keep myself healthy and I'm being pushed in a positive way to be the best version of myself. I honestly wouldn't even go to another gym now that I'm a part of TMP family
Joined 12 weeks ago on a 6 week programme liked it so much hence still here after 12 weeks , in process I am well on my way of achieving my fitness and weight loss goal. The expert advice on nutrition and exercise is really helpful. No pressure gym with nice and relaxed atmosphere.
Great gym that I would definitely recommend, caters for all fitness levels and they have a very supportive team as well as other members, I find I get better results working out in a smaller group, I signed up for a 6 week course but have joined as a member. Like most people joining a new gym I was apprehensive but all the trainers put me at ease and make me at home straight away, you have to put the work in to get results but the support has definitely helped me.
