We had another mortgage company attempt a bait and switch on us. Wasted about 2 months and then 2 weeks before closing said I wasn't approved for the loan I applied for. Movement jumped in and in 3 weeks, we closed on our home

I was told to give a 5 star, but I believe in transparency. It took 4 months to close and was a grueling process. Granted, one issue wasn't their fault at all. However, it was never a smooth process. Sometimes, I had to send the same docs over, or it wasn't good enough. It took them about a week and a half to get back to me, saying they needed more documents.
