I came to Movement Guild on a recommendation from a coworker’s friend, and I was apprehensive based on my prior experiences in physical therapy. After just two sessions, I felt like I understood my body better than I have in years, and was able to run a race that really mattered to me. It is hard for me to imagine going to another PT clinic after having such a good experience here with everyone on the team!

Working with the staff here was great. Spent the time to explained everything to me. Adam was the best. I can't wait to get my other knee done and work with him. And the sound track in the background was perfect.

I've been to a number of PT places over the years, and this place is now my go-to. Adam is very pragmatic in his approach, eager to share helpful information, and absolutely fixed up my shoulder. I went in worried that I wouldn't be able to perform some pretty basic movements, and by the end of our time together he had me eager to get back to the gym and doing all the things I could dream of doing - but also with reasonable signs to look for, to know when to ease off and when to push through.
