Working with Josh was a great experience. He is very professional, knows his stuff and knows exactly how to push and motivate. I’ve always been active and a regular gym goer so was initially unsure whether I would get much out of PT sessions, but it was worth every cent. In just 5 weeks I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, feel and look better, and have a new outlook on weight training. It was also an added bonus that my Private Health insurance covered some of the cost. Would recommend EP to anyone!
I highly recommend Josh as an EP and trainer to anyone looking to get into strength and fitness or improve their gains. Josh is extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. I love that I can follow a program that is tailored to me in between our sessions to get results. I'm really pleased with the gains I've made in my fitness as well as confidence. Thanks Josh!
