I’ve had a lovely experience at The Movement so far. Everything was explained to me very clearly and well. I was given a wholistic approach to my concerns and realistic expectations with treatment. They use the most up to date technologies to analyse your feet and biomechanics to create custom orthotics for you. They even sanitised my shoes for me and cut my orthotics to fit my trainers and work boots. I’m looking forward to feeling reduction in pain and better movement.

I’ve been coming to see Sam for a few years now after experiencing foot and ankle pain caused by my flat feet. Orthotics have been a game changer for me as I work on my feet all day. My new pair of orthotics are so comfy. They have lots of padding and I can already feel the benefit they are going to have at aligning and supporting my foot even better than the last pair. Thanks Sam for being superstar and allowing me to continue working the job I do.
