The Movement Barn is just a fantastic place. All the instructors are really nice, supportive and knowledgeable. The classes are great, as well as always getting a good workout the other gym goers are all really friendly and supportive - encouraging each other to hit PB's and goals. PT is also superb. As well as being excellent trainers, Harry and Dexter are both outgoing and friendly, so as well as getting a good workout, you are also most likely to have a good laugh and chat whilst getting fit!
The Movement Barn is utterly fantastic. Anyone who would like to improve their fitness or have a massive boost to their life and health in general should look no further. The team and other gym goers are so friendly and fun, pricing structure really reasonable with no commitment, and loads of flexibly timed classes. I really love it! Give it a try :-)
