I requested an appointment for my little one (1.5 years old) on Monday. She had a very bad cough, running nose, vomits, did not want to eat at all. I said in request that it got worse. I asked them to check her chest, ears and throat. I got message that this is selfcare and I can go to pharmacy ( provided in request medication from pharmacy which we took already), according to them pharmacist could prescribed us antibiotics if needed. I have had to see Maji on several occasions this year, n have always found her to be very professional n approachable. Maji is very friendly n welcoming n puts you at ease straight away. A real asset to the Practice. Jane on Reception too is always friendly n helpful
The worst clinic in Northampton. For two weeks they have been unable to help my children. In the first week we had an appointment where they were incorrectly diagnosed. Over the weekend I went to the hospital and the doctor immediately identified what was wrong with my children. He wrote a letter for the clinic doctor to issue the prescriptions. I’ve been seen at the surgery for the last few weeks regarding a bad toe, dangerous as I’m diabetic, I was referred to podiatry by Mayi Essawy and was seen by her until my appointment and now again after, my toe is slowly but surely getting better thanks to the expert care I’ve received from Mayi, she’s an extremely friendly and efficient HCA, very methodical and does her utmost for contamination/infection control - absolute credit to the surgery and her profession Also, Jane on reception, patience of a saint, truly lovely l... read more
