My booking experience was terrible. I wrote an email to try to obtain an appointment within the next 2 days, as I had an injury. There was no reply, so I rang the practice and was booked in on the same day by an AI operator. The AI operator asked if I had attended before to which I replied no, and that I was a new patient, which was accepted. I then received a call from the practice saying the AI was not working properly and that I could not attend the appointment, with their apologies. Not good enough. I think that they can... read more
