My booking experience was terrible. I wrote an email to try to obtain an appointment within the next 2 days, as I had an injury. There was no reply, so I rang the practice and was booked in on the same day by an AI operator. The AI operator asked if I had attended before to which I replied no, and that I was a new patient, which was accepted. I then received a call from the practice saying the AI was not working properly and that I could not attend the appointment, with their apologies. Not good enough. I think that they can... read more

The chiropractic sessions, with Kate, I’ve had have been back changing so much so I only need to return for maintenance now. So pleased. With a recent jammed shoulder, with more knots than a pine tree, Massusse Ali was able to release a high percentage of them in one session such that I am able to function again. A return visit is planned. Again, delighted with the result. I am so happy to have found The Mountains Chiropractic. Give them a go.
Kate is an utter professional with a gentle and warm energy. Ali is a present and attentive masseuse, her presence was felt and healing. Two great young woman healers. Thanks Ladies
