Beautiful and funky hotel with a nice touch!
The only way to get those marshmallows to brown over that tiny flame is to swipe them back and forth very quickly in and out of the flame.
Very northwest feeling cocktail program. Too loud inside, great views outside. Really needs some fire pits though.

There have been several rooftop bar openings in Seattle in the last couple years (why it took so long I do not know), but for my money this is the best view in the city.
Get the hot grasshopper and the otter cove oysters. Cap it off with the smores.
Great views, semi interesting menu and decent cocktails, but a lot of the fare seems a bit over priced
Blackened Blue burger with fries and pickled veggies is fantastic!
Foods ok and everything is extremely over priced !!!
