I didn’t like it a lot. The house next door is also an Airbnb which had very noisy renters. The pool is overcrowded to enjoy. The security ppl aren’t very nice. Overall not a very nice place to be. Look for a different community to rent from.

Hideaway describes this place perfectly. Quiet and secluded. Can be awkward of you want to order takeout. Definitely a large enough place for 8 people. Hot tub did not get very hot in December.
