Won’t even answer the phone
Firstly,they never answer the phone. Second , the at home sleep study is terrible and if it comes back inconclusive or unreadable they wont send you another one.
I understand this clinic is the best in town.
I’m trying to call to make an appointment for my mother, but they don’t even pick up the damn phone!
I've never experienced a service as rude as this. I called a minute ago and the lady didn't even ask me my information and bombarded me with info so fast I couldn't even process, then refused to answer questions I tried to ask and hung up the call. I'm glad my experience was bad from the initial call so I don't have to go there and be mistreated by them.
