This surgery and bessacarr are brilliant, all the admin staff, nurses & doctors are brilliant. In the 3 years I've lived in Doncaster they've always been helpful. Yes there are long waits sometimes to get through, but that's the way the world is now. I've recently had surgery and the nurses who've looked after me having been amazing, very reassuring & kind. Keep up the great work :-)

just an irresponsible receptionist who doesn't know her job and just laughs amongst themselves, my wife had an appointment with the midwife and even though we arrived 20 minutes early, she said the midwife was dealing with a patient at the moment and she would deal with you when she finished, it was past 1pm and when we went to the receptionist for the second time and asked, she said we had to wait, and someone else came and told us the midwife had left, we waited with my wife for 40 minutes and my wife had a miscarriage in ... read more

The practice seems to have cut it's reception staff and i have ended phone calls after being on hold for 30 minutes. I realise that the issues with NHS cost cutting may well effect this. The nurse practitioners are very good and are often easier to talk to than some of the doctors. It seems difficult at times to get an appointment with a doctor and rarely get to see the same one. Overall I rate the practice at 3.5 stars as I believe that it strives to do it's best in difficul times .

Worse service including long waiting time . Last 1 month i am calling at 8 am for GP appointment but everyday same sentence the told me _ sorry we can't. NHS is curse for UK now .
