Mike was very professional and we walked the inspection with him. He offered great advice considering we are moving here from CA and aren't very familiar with the weather changes. The biggest things we were concerned with he offered helpful hints that we can do ourselves to save future problems. Mike took his time and explained everything along the way. Thank you Mike!
This company failed me. Their poor attention to detail and complete lack of customer service cost me hundreds of dollars. I hired them for an inspection of a prospective home purchase. They failed to note many obvious issues with the home in their report so the purchase ultimately fell through. But only after I went behind them and checked their work.
