All the staff I spoke with today were really helpful including Rachel and also Maria who processed my claim very quickly. The claim was processed promptly, on the same day, once the cost of fitting a slave cylinder had been received by the repairer.

I was delighted with the service from The Motoring Organisation. The staff were very friendly and helpful with both myself and the garage doing the work. Covered 95% of the repair cost (Warranty labour rate only covers £50 per hour.) of my air conditioning condenser replacement which was far more than I was expecting. Very happy.
Luke was absolutely incredible for me today, couldn't do enough to help me with my car! Went above and beyond. So happy with this company yet again!!
