Harlan, I have not done business with you, nor visited your location. I have however read all reviews of your service for another reason, and it saddens me that you seem to have been targeted by some unscrupulous competitor who is jealous of your review score. I suggest you try to flag them and present the evidence. Anyway my rating is a professional courtesy to a team that obviously does an excellent job!
