On the 4th January I went to ‘THE MOTOR GROUP’ to look at cars , after choosing a car they asked to see my up to date settlement for my current finance, I showed them it on my online finance account, they never asked for an electronic copy of this. They then falsified all of the figures (vehicle price/ deposit amount/ part ex amount) in order to hide the negative equity and find a finance company that would take me on.. they found me a finance based on their figures and I signed the finance agreement documents that evening.... read more
