I came across Family First RV (in house financing) on the internet. Called and spoke with Homer Sanders who is our salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Communicated with Homer about purchasing a fifth wheel. Homer was on top of his game plan. Drove 10 hours to pick up our fifth wheel, and upon arriving we first ran into GM Nate in the lobby, and he didn’t even acknowledge us. Homer then walked out into the lobby and greeted us. I wished I would have read the reviews before I got my RV I have had nothing but issues from leaks the smell of mold to the slides not working a broke refrigerator, hot water heater broken toilet neither ac work weak spots in the floor. Underneath the stove took me a week to clean.I put 4000 down and have spent well over that to making repairs they make sure everything works when your there and once you get it home nothing works. Now im out the money and asked for a refund or something that everything works they cant do that... read more
