BEWARE….I would love to be able to come back and add a better outcome to this situation. BEWARE!! They told me that all appliances, A/C, water pump, slide motors and such had a six month warranty. After 4 months I just notified them that my A/C is out, their answer, “no problem, buy a new one and we will install it.” BEWARE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!!!! 12-31-2025 Ben, YOU said you would send me the self surrender form this past Saturday to return this unit. Renee tells me today, I need to give you a date to surrender. Worked quick to get me a camper during a busy holiday, greatly appreciated but as soon as we left so did the good service. This place owes me an awning for a camper I got in July. It’s December now … I Was told it’ll be 6-8 weeks for the awning to arrive. I never heard anything about it so I called and was told I would be called back by Brenda about the awning but have never heard back… would appreciate it if maybe my review might speed up the process of getting my awning, as I was promised when I first came.
