They always make time for me. Pleasant to talk with. Always see the same technicians so I'm sure they are treated well. Low parts markup. Good attention to detail. They know their limits too (which aren't many), so they never get in over their heads. I vote with my wallet and they always get first right of refusal.

I recently bought a Honda CRF450 and honestly know very little about the specific bike at the time, the guys at the counter however are VERY knowledgeable! They don't even need the computer to get me the correct parts. I have spent just under 1000$ dollars in two trips and every single part is spot on correct.. I live in Klamath Falls and with the idiots in this town I gladly make the 2+HR trip for the service alone, not to mention they are a chill group of dudes with an excellent selection of gear and upgrades!!
