This hotel is better than you’ll expect. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you would expect. Located in Richmond just outside the CBD but still close enough so you don’t feel removed. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Had issues with booking through a 3rd party but Jamie ( The Motley manager) got involved to assist in resolving. Very helpful ! Fave Melbourne hotel and service deserves 5 stars !

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and whilst the first time was perfect, the second stay fell short. The photos of the rooms when booking seem to be misleading, especially between the 'King Room' and 'King Room with Sofa', where both photos of the rooms feature a sofa? We booked the King Room with a sofa as the standard King Room was booked out at the time. This was I think around $30 extra per night.
