I have dealt with many mosquito services in the area. This is the only one where customer service was personal. After an initial misunderstanding. The owner of the company personally reached out to me, took time to listen, and then responded by making sure to rectify the situation. He didn’t have too. But still did. As far as the service, I’m on a lot that is surrounded by woods , I noticed a significant decrease in mosquito activity. Even had an outdoor movie night the following day. We were able to enjoy our yard.
I have never before treated my property for mosquito control. After calling a handful of services, Mosquito Guy was the only one that quoted my full property instead of just cleared land. We abut state forest and our property lines are in wooded areas. The technicians spray the whole property. They are easy to communicate with if you need and check in/retreat if you are not completely satisfied. So am I satisfied? 100%!!! I’d give Mosquito Guy 10 stars if I could! Update: Owner Tom contacted me right away to better understand the situation. He listened to our concerns, took the time to confirm the facts, and made sure our lawn was serviced. We’re glad Tom is still there to personally resolve issues like this. It gives us peace of mind knowing he stands behind his company. Hopefully, we won’t run into any more problems in the future.
