wonderful venue for the glass pumpkin festival. beautifully landscaped and very friendly staff
The Glass Pumpkin Patch is always my favorite event. I drive an hour and half to get my awesome glass pumpkins.
Getting out and enjoying the weather and clean air.
The Arboretum is beautifully decorated for fall. The trees have not started to change yet but there were signs that they would be changing soon. The glass pumpkin event was amazing. There are so many beautiful pumpkins.. The demonstration of making a glass pumpkin was very interesting. I’m looking forward to going to the Arboretum again soon.
Nice place for a long walk
Lovely hiking trail along the DuPage River, as well as many woodland trails. Various paths lead to forests from Europe, etc. The humongous hidden trolls in the woods adds a bit of whimsy to one’s hike, and delights children I’m sure. Autumn foliage had not yet burst into color, but I’m sure it will provide a spectacular sight in the weeks ahead.
