Have lived here for about a year now. The first 6 months under Jackson and Wyatt were amazing and they cared to talk to residents. Current staff here isn’t as nice. We moved apartments after 6 months to a front facing better layout unit and love it. But the only con and reason for 1-star is that we’re below the resident lounge where the pool table is. My husband and I lived at the Morton for nearly 2 years before recently moving out. While at beginning it was great with few issues and wonderful amenities, over time the space, atmosphere, and management declined. We would often find puddles of dog pee in the elevators. Fine, that happens. But residents would never clean it up, and management would never follow up and remind residents to clean up after themselves. Hannah is amazing to work with — She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and makes the whole process of finding an apartment stress-free. She truly cares about helping people find the right fit and goes above and beyond for her residents.
I recently moved from Texas with just a three-week notice, and I can’t thank Jackson and Wyatt at The Morton enough for making the process seamless. Despite the short timeline, they made everything easy, from securing the unit to handling the paperwork. The unit is stunning, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains.
