I’m assuming Sean Sinclair doesn’t work there anymore since he won’t answer my emails. He does know what he’s talking about when he DOES communicate which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of one. I can’t say enough good things about Blake. Over multiple files, he's proven himself to be reliable, responsive, and always one step ahead. He keeps financing on track while also keeping things easy for clients—a true team player every single time.
I very very rarely leave bad reviews. I have closed more than a dozen loans and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They initially had me pay for an appraisal, that they ordered that their investor rejected (900 out of pocket). Every question you ask them takes a week to answer. They ordered my second appraisal and home owners insurance for the wrong address. They consistently lied to me amount thier timeline of answering and getting back to me.
