Would give 6 stars if I could. Kevin and his team are wonderful to work with, I've worked with them 2 times now and both times they have blown me away with how easy they make this process. Very helpful with any concerns and super responsive.
I had a great experience using the Mortgage Exchange to purchase my first home. Kevin was very professional, patient, and prompt. He answered all my questions and provided good advice. The whole process only took about one month from the initial application to my closing, which was awesome too. I will definitely work with them again in the future. Thank you!
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! Would not recommend to anyone! From the very beginning we explained that I’m paid by the mile and before I was paid hourly and they said that it won’t be a problem. So we get pre-qualified, find a house, earnest money paid(1500$), inspection done(500),appraisal done(500$) and 3 weeks before closing they tell us that they can no longer use my income and they can’t give us a loan no more.
