Recently renewed my mortgage with the help of Ryan Wood. He was phenomenal from start to finish. After years of using one of the big banks it was a welcome change to have someone that genuinely had my best interest at heart. Ryan quickly and diligently answered my countless questions and the entire process was seemless and stress free. I will most certainly be returning to Ryan when it comes time to once again renew my mortgage when the time comes.
Mortgage process started mid October 2023 and not complete in time for January 2024 maturity date with previous lender. The Broker Wendy Bradshaw missed following up with company hired to do appraisal and wasn’t done until the week of my maturity date. Owner Matt Daniels claims a lack of communication, I call it negligence. I wasn’t even notified that the mortgage approval wouldn’t be complete before the maturity date with previous lender. My partner and I worked with Wendy Bradshaw and she was awesome! She was prompt with responses, helped us through the mortgage process at every step, and very friendly and professional. I will definitely contact Wendy again when our mortgage is up for renewal.
