Update: Can’t seem to contact this company anymore. He did a great job but I think he went out of business.
Completely dissatisfied with this company. Bobby sold me a Durastar mini split with a 2 year warranty for over 4000 dollars. After he installed it he says "they are famous for leaking". I wondered why anyone would knowingly sell a leaking new mini split if they cared about the customer experience. And sure enough, after using it twice for air conditioning it leaked. I reached out to Bobby after my unit stopped working. He scheduled us as quickly as he could and fixed the issue with ease. I would happily call him again for any future service needs.
Bobby with the Morris Company does amazing work. He came highly recommended by a neighbor and when I reached out he was kind, professional, fairly priced, knowledgeable and squeezed me in super quick. He will be my go to for all HVAC needs in the future.
Quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and to the point. No run-around. Communicated well for scheduling the first appointment, how long parts would take to arrive, and when he would be able to complete the repair. I will use this service again. Repair was for a Goodman residential package unit.
