Poor communication
Paula Valencia was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, concise, and a good listener with a wonderful sense of humor. What a great experience in this day and age.
You would be better off dealing with your insurance company by yourself than to use this law group. Absolutely the worst customer service. They are more disorganized than the federal Government. Insurance sent checks to them and 3 months later they have not even sent it to the mortgage company. Run away.
