It has been over 2 years since they took our case, we are senior citizens with storm damage, FIGA paid on our claim in April 2024 and they still have not released our money to us, something shady going on with this firm, hardly ever return our calls & now have ‘lost’ our FIGA check for the 2nd time!
I am writing this for my mother in law. This company have now completely ghosted her on the Hurricane Ian repairs. And now there are more leakage issues after Hurricane Helene. She has called them with no call returns, she was in a group text with them and they removed her from the group text, it's just been nothing but radio silence. There has been no movement on this. The experience to date has been awesome. Louis has kept me informed, updated without me asking, compassionate based on my circumstances and a gentleman! Their success is their payday which I prefer. The worst unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. My attorney Phillip Rhodes never answers the phone. Never returns phone calls. It has taken them 2 years to settle on my roof but yet my insurance company sent them over $28,000 a year and a half ago. Now it seems when I call I get shuffled around between hourly individuals that I have to keep explaining the same thing over and over, seems like they have zero inter office communication they just like to blind transfer people around and hopefully, maybe someone might get ... read more
