Everything was absolutely great, but I want to give a special shout-out to an employee named Collins. He was incredibly helpful, had a fantastic attitude, and provided extraordinary service. I couldn’t have asked for better!
Everything has been amazing, have had great service for everyone especially Collins.
Customer service is terrible. If you trying calling, it takes 30mins for someone to answer the phone. The parking situation is inconvenient and valet was nearly $50 a night. Additionally, unlike most hotels, Moran charges your card when you check in, instead of when you check out. And then it takes 10-14 business days to return the funds back to your card. Will not stay at this hotel again if I can help it!
The only issue we had were waiting for elevators. They were in repair at the time and are now fixed.
