Excellent biomechanical assessment from Brenda to help with plantar fasciitis injury from half marathon running. Gave an understanding of why the injury may have occurred (big toes are important) and guidance on how to help and improve the condition with orthotics, custom made insoles and shoe choice. Gave me a great understanding of my weight distribution and stress on my feet when walking and running.
Nick was very informative and provided me with lots of information about my toes. He really helped me a lot and made me feel at ease!

Nick did a great job in circumventing my ingrown toenails in the short-term whilst recommending treatment for the long-term. He also offered advice on helping a bike related injury, making me aware of the in-house physiotherapist at the clinic. He also gave some great tips for my toes, feet and general physical health in training for a sprint triathlon. Nick went above and beyond and I look forward to future clinic visits to improve my overall physical health.
